Brand brand new! I bought it right off the rack in April 2023. It’s absolutely gorgeous and I felt so comfortable and beautiful in it. It’s not heavy at all and I thought I would feel weighed down or swallowed but the tulle makes it so light and flowy. I’m pretty short and a little bigger but I feel like it made me look pretty good in it(:
The sleeves are comfortable and not itchy and have the most beautiful detail on the sleeves and the buttons are like my favorite thing ever.
