It has a polyester sheath falling to the floor from the empire waist band with a beautifully detailed overlay that flares out below the knee to a fun and flirty lovely lace bottom. The beading on this dress is stunning!! This dress was only worn for the reception and then professionally dry cleaned and packaged for storage.
