Fit and flare dresses fit at the waist and hips, but begin to flare out right above the knee. Fitted through the body, this style elongates your body by giving you more movement than a mermaid. The Topaz comes in a beautiful off-white color.
The dress also comes with an extra yard of fabric incase you want to add sleeves or hide the illusion back.
