The Dress

Absolutely beautiful bead work with clear, ivory and pearl beads. The beading is on the edge of the sleaves, then on the shoulders, back and bodice. The beading goes around the back and down the sides of the back to meet up at the bottom of the train, so it is not completely covering the whole dress.

The second picture showes the bottom of the train and how the decorative buttons go all the way down to meet up with the beadwork. You can see how the beadwork is in a floral design that is very tastefull.

That is my dad walking me down the isle! He was actually lifting the train so it wouldn't drag in the dirt.

In the last picture you can see the buttons down the back (for decoration only-it zips) and how it is bustled.

It was altered to fit me. There is no actual size listed on the tag, so I guessed. I was about 320lbs with a 42DDD bra size. I am 5'5" and I wore pump size heals.

I got this through Tina's Bridal in Bridgewater, MA. Though the shop closed before I got engaged in 2007, Tina held on to some dresses. She did my alterations, too. The wedding was on 8/9/09.
