This is a unique and beautiful gown made by New Zealand designer, Rue De Seine. "The dress is 100% hand made Cotton Battenburg lace gown with a 100% Silk Crepe bias cut nude slip. The silhouette is form fitting through the bust and waist with an 'A' Line skirt. The Violet Gown has a scoop neck, V Back and floral scalloped capped sleeves with a subtle train."

Of all the beautiful dresses I tried on, this was by far the most flattering and easy to wear. I also had so many comments on how unique it was. It was perfect for our outdoor vintage wedding, and was so comfortable as well. I couldn't have felt more amazing in a wedding dress!

I had the dress taken in slightly around the bust, waist and hips. I am 5'6" tall, 140 lbs and wore a 2.5" heel. It is very easy to alter, and also has some room to give with the lace. It has a small button to bustle it up in the back.

The dress was worn once last September. It has been dry cleaned by the boutique recommended fine clothing dry cleaner (receipt available), and is in excellent condition.
