This beautiful Essense of Australia wedding dress served me well for the city hall wedding I had in Paris, France. I wore it for an hour during the ceremony and then changed into a pant suit for the reception. I had the train in a bustle for the ceremony and had intentions of showcasing the entire train at a reception post covid but we ended up never hosting a larger celebration. I felt like a glamorous princess when I wore it and I hope whoever owns it next feels the same way. I paired it with white rhinestone Jeffrey Campbell heels. Alterations
- I altered the hem of the dress slightly (I'm 5'7 and I wore 3.5 inch heels) to be able to see the toe in my shoes
- I had the bodice taken in slightly because I'm a 34B bust - you can see that it fight well but I think it would also look nice with a bigger bust as I don't have much cleavage (generally and in the dress)
