Purchased in late 2022 for my spring 2023 wedding. I loved this dress - so comfortable and so many compliments. I really wanted something that felt a little more timeless.
For alterations, the top remained unaltered. A little was taken off the bottom (I am 5'7 and wore 3.5 inch heels) and a lot of the tulle under the skirt was cut out to eliminate some of the fullness.
I also added a bow to the back from my mom's wedding dress, which I have removed, so there is a button missing but the buttons are not functional, as it's a hidden zipper (a new button could easily be purchased).
I have gotten the dress dry cleaned, and there is slight discoloration on inner layer that touched the ground. However, with the dress on, it is not noticeable. Bustle was added, but not noticeable with the bustle is not done.
