“Because there was a long time between listing and selling, I forgot most of what I read initially about the process. While exchanging chat messages with the buyer (also new to the process), I tried to finalize the sale. It wasn't intuitively obvious how to do that. For example, as a seller, I wouldn't think to click a button that says "Make offer," which is what I needed to do to complete the sale. More obvious interface options would help. But we figured it out.”
