The Dress

Beautiful Sottero & Midgley gown.

Silk organza 2-layer overskirt with satin underskirt (2 layers). Fitted bodice, integrated bust cups (I was approx 32C at the time - I am now 34C (babies!) and it still fits my bust at this size), chapel-length train (70" from waist to hem). Diamanté sheer back which comes round to the side of the waist. 3 button closure with a zip at the rear. Waist measures 13" across at narrowest point - that said, I currently have a 29" waist and am able to fit into it quite comfortably.

I am 5'8" and wore 1.5" kitten heels. I have a traditional pear-shape - narrow waist and broader hips - this skirt is not fitted to the hip - it's very comfortable and I had no issues sitting (or eating!).

There are some slight marks to the base of the skirt - not visible when worn - and one tiny area of damage (approx size 5p) approx 2" above the hem at the back - again, not visible at all when worn. Dress has been professionally dry cleaned and stored in a purpose-made acid-free box with acid-free tissue. No damage to the bodice/diamanté.

Additional lace at cleavage (can be removed). Nipped in at waist. Hemmed at front.
