About the Dress

This stunning lace dress is in almost perfect condition. I am sad to be parting with it but would love to see someone feel as beautiful as I did in it. It was bought from Paper Swan Bride in Wellington who then ordered it from Mikaella in Canada. The dress was ordered to fit my measurements however it didn't fit on arrival so it was altered by a professional dressmaker. It was taken in down the sides and altered across the chest. I am generally a size 10 on top and closer to a 12 on bottom and it fits me like a glove. It could obviously be altered further to make smaller and more fitted.

It looks the same as it did before it was worn and only has a few, very tiny (can only see close up, I couldn't even capture on a photo) dirt marks on some of the bottom edges of lace. There are no makeup or wine stains in sight. It was taken straight to the dry cleaners the following day but they said it didn't need it and they told us how to wash it ourselves.

The short train on the dress does tuck up if you want for later on in the evening and you can also hook a small loop at the bottom over your wrist to keep it off the ground.

Unfortunately I have misplaced the sash with the flowers on it but this would be easy to replace or you can wear the dress without it.

You are more than welcome to come and try it on first as I know how hard it is deciding on the perfect dress!
