"Ellis" by La Sposa, a small size 10 and altered to an 8.

This Ivory gown has a V-neckline, sweetheart bodice, with sheer overlay and floral lace detailing cascading down the dress.

I wanted something regal and elegant, but also to hide the hips! I am a size 8 on top and a 10 on the bottom, so this was a great dress for my size. The straps were altered a little bit, as originally they were too wide for me. I am 5"2 and even with six inch heels, the dress still had to be taken up a bit to suit the height. The back of the dress has buttons down the back and a zipper is hidden. There is also a bustle where I was able to button up at the back during the reception.

This dress is with my mum at the Gold Coast.
