About the Dress

I got married at Aswarby Rectory in Lincolnshire last June and was looking for a dress which was beautifully simple and elegant. The Eternity was my perfect find – it felt so special to wear. I bought my dress from ‘The Bride’ in St Albans who took such wonderful care throughout (the seamstress was excellent). I paid £180 to have the dress dry cleaned with ‘The Bride’ after the wedding as they were so reliable.

There was a small tear on the inner lining at the bottom of the dress on the wedding day. This didn’t have any impact on the outer silk fabric. The tear in the lining was fixed by the after care service I paid for with ‘The Bride’ and is now barely noticeable. I will happily share photos if you have any concerns. There are some small, light residue marks on the front on the dress due to the bouquet.
