The Dress

This dress was purchased from White House Bridal Boutique in Townsville and is a light champagne colour although it looks closer to ivory in the photographs. It has a built in bra for extra support, and zips up at the back.

The waist band is not detachable although it is only held onto the dress with a few hand stitched tacks so could be removed. The spaghetti straps could also be removed to create a strapless sweetheart neckline if desired.

The dress is great quality, very structured, comfortable and supportive and in excellent condition as it was only worn for a few hours. It can be worn with an underskirt to achieve a fuller effect, although I wore it without as the layers of tulle are already very generous and full and I loved the natural, floaty effect when I moved in the dress. The lace detail on the bodice is divine.

I also have a beautiful matching colour double layer (30' and 45') raw scallop crystal drop veil with comb which is included in the price.

Website description: Spaghetti straps lead to the lace covered bodice with a scalloped edge sweetheart neckline. A band wraps around the natural waist with an encrusted rhinestone and beaded floral medallion. Lace covers the gathers along the handkerchief layered tulle skirt and train.
