The Dress

The coloring of this dress is the ivory detailing over nude under layer. Pics are personal since the photographer’s have edited coloring and I want the color to be accurate!

Purchased size 10 according to measurements taken in the store! I have a 28 inch waist, and 34DDD in bra sizes. I did have to have the waist taken in, and the bust let out. My seamstress did an amazing job and when I went to try it on I thought they hadn’t started yet because it didn’t look like anything was done! I also asked them to add spaghetti straps so I would feel more secure. The back of the bodice is sheer, but the support was so good I didn’t need any kind of bra underneath!

I didn’t have this dress hemmed as I’m 5’8” and wore 2 inch heels so the length was already perfect.

It does have a bustle, there are tiny loops hidden in the lace of the skirt and buttons at the bottom of the zipper which makes it look like the train is just the back of the dress, so no bunched up look like some bustles! The indoor photos in the blue lit reception area show how it looks bustled.

It went off to be cleaned and preserved the next day and it has lived in its box ever since. There were no signs of dirt when I took it off, but I haven’t taken it out to look at it after it was cleaned. I will pull it out of the box and take as many pics as you want for those seriously interested, but I don’t want to de-preserve it until someone is actually interested lol.

Will include a big vinyl garment bag from David’s Bridal that has lots of pockets for accessories!

Can also include the veil which is a flower applique one from David’s Bridal that I hand tacked butterfly appliques in blue and white too as well. The idea was flower petals blowing around and butterflies flying around in like a fantasy/ fairy field lol. (The rhinestone headband is not attached/ not included)
