The Dress

A dramatic couture ballerina ballgown made of pleated silk tulle in shades of ivory and blush, made-to-order and designed specially for me based on my measurements.

Initially I had a different type of gown in mind when going to the boutique but once I tried Bellina on, I immediately knew this is the one! Not only I felt like a princess but considering the gown actually consists of two pieces, it's unbelievably comfortable (comparing to all the other gowns I tried on). I received so many compliments on the dress at the wedding, it was one of the highlights of the day for me that everyone liked the dress so much as I did. I felt incredibly beautiful and I recommend Galia Lahav gowns to every bride because it's very hard to find quality like this anywhere else.

My height is 174cm and I had 10cm heels. My gown was bought in a bridal boutique in Bratislava, Slovakia (where I'm originally from) and profesionally cleaned in Zurich, Switzerland (where I currently live), it will also be shipped from Switzerland with the original Galia Lahav garment bag to protect your gown and the hanger. My wedding was in October 2022 in Italy. I'm happy to send more photos of the dress or provide more information in case of interest.

Alterations

The skirt was shortened and the waist was slimmed by few cm.
Sleeves of the corset were also slimmed by few cm.
