Alterations

  • The dress has had an invisible teeny hook either side of the sholder to hold a cape-style veil
  • These are easily removed / invisible but thought I would leave them there is they are of any use
  • Unfortunatly the pearl viel did not survive, as very delicate! The front panels have also been boned, with a small dart
  • If you have a smaller chest size than 102cm check with your tailor to see if they're able to take this in for you

Selling my beautiful Jesus Piero dress, dress of my dreams. Worn Dec 2022. I will be sorry to see it go, but can't bear the idea of it never being enjoyed again! Whoever buys this gown will not be disapointed, it's classic, bold and comfortable.

It's the pale-ivory micado satin that Jesus Piero uses, a really lovely colour for all skin tones. The fabric is lovely, expensive and strong, but looks soft and regal.

The 121 gown has deep pockets and a sleek strappy back. It's A-line with split at the front which looks very modern. Was easy to wear and use the rest room.

Measurement of skirt fromt the waist, to clarify : from the front waist to the higest part of the hem (front split) is 115cm. Then it spreads to a train at the back that is 170cm from the wasit, at the back. I have a small waist to top ratio so would suit someone with a curvy figure.

The lining at the end of the dress has unraveled a in places after dancing a lot - this can be turned back in and mended easily if you're good with a sewing machine. There are marks where the sticthes were in place, and some freying, but once it's rehemmed this will not be visible.

Has been dry cleaned.
