“AMAZING service! Such an incredibly user friendly interface. Loved the update emails.. they were informative but not annoying. The one glitch I had regarding a typo on my behalf resulting in a 'reduced tag' was resolved immediately by your help team. When the buyer & I were chatting through your site, she suggested switching to regular mail (no bad intentions) and then we got a pop up suggesting we communicate through the site... Thought that was good. Made us both feel like we were protected. Dress has made it safely to its new home, fit is perfect and happy days all round! Thank you! H :)”
