Alterations

There is a small lining of tulle under the skirt at the start of the waist to give it more of a fluff off the hip, super easy to remove if you don’t want it. Was hemmed on just the under skirt. Sleeves were brought in as was chest but can be easily let out or brought in more as needed. Skirt length is untouched as is waist.
