The Dress
I wore this dress for my July 2022 wedding, and absolutely loved it. The corset top felt so secure, and surprisingly comfortable, and the A-line really flatters the figure. My vision was for a woodland fairy princess, and I really did feel like it. I hope someone else has the chance to love this dress as much as I did.
The dress was slightly small for me when I bought it, so I had been planning to put in a corset back to replace the buttons, but didn't have to in the end. My seamstress said it would be pretty easy to do if necessary, though!
It has some marks at the very bottom on the inside and a few small holes in the bottom layers of netting, but they aren't noticeable as there is so much fabric down there. Have included a photo and happy to send more. The dress has been professionally dry cleaned.
Alterations
Hemmed to 5'4 height in flat sandals, and the shoulder straps taken in slightly so they don't slide off the shoulders (fabric taken out has been saved). The cups were swapped out for C cups, but can easily be swapped out again and swapped for different shades to match skin tone. My seamstress also put in a hook to fasten up the train for dancing.
