The Dress

This stunning Rachel Gilbert 'Juliet' Gown is part of the Serenity Fall 2014 collection.

This is the perfect wedding dress for anyone looking for timeless elegance and class. The dress features an embellished beaded bodice and a sweetheart neckline. It is a full length gown complete with a peplum silhouette and a flattering fitted sheath skirt.

It was purchased at David Jones Bridal for $1995 and was worn once for about two hours during our indoors reception. It has been dry-cleaned and in immaculate condition.

The label shows a size 2 on this dress which equates to a Medium or an AU/UK size 10.

The length of the gown has been irreversibly shortened to 139 cm hollow to floor hem, so please take note when choosing this dress. As a guide I am 158 cm in height and I wore 9 cm shoes on the day. The bodice has also been altered to become a size 0 (size 6) and could be altered again to fit a size 2 girl (size 10).
