The Dress

Hi future brides!!

FREE heels :)

This dress was originally a 6, tailored down to a 0/2. I pulled in the waist and bust and shortened the length. Straps were not adjusted.

This dress is special in my opinion because there's not many square neck + spaghetti strap combos out there (and I looked for a year!).

The crepe material is very stretchy and forgiving, so if you're +/- an inch/2.5cm in the bust or waist, you'll probably have no problem fitting. I know this because I did a lot of research prior. I have called the original Alyssa Kristin Chicago store directly along with many other boutiques that sell AK and that was what I was told.

Custom additions:
-buttons on zipper (worth $125 USD)
-left side slit (worth $125 USD)
-long train - 3.5 feet (worth $200 USD)
-built in A-cups (worth $20 USD)
Total: $470

The dress
-Made of crepe, so it is very forgiving. Hides a lot of flaws
-Square neck, backless V
-Has inner lining for comfort and not sheer

It’s been professionally cleaned ($450)

Flaws:
-Buttons minorly discolored
-Slight discoloration on bottom of dress.

Alterations

Dress was originally a size 6 (the tag reads "6"). Please notice because the bust was pulled in, the sheer area (under the armpit) had to be closed a bit.
Measurements displayed are post alteration. Alterations done professionally and cost $600.
