The Dress

This beautiful dress by Essence and purchased from Fairytales. It is a size 10 but due to the style can fit larger/smaller sizes as it is really only fitted to the waist. This dress has only been worn once to an indoor ceremony and has been drycleaned by Syndal Bridal Dry Cleaners and comes with dry cleaning certification. It looks brand new! The peplum is removable so you can choose to wear it or not. I also bought a hoop to wear under the skirt so as not to tangle up my legs in the material while walking and can be included in if you wish free of charge. It is a really beautiful dress to look at, but importantly, as the bride, it is comfortable!

The dress originally did not come with straps, but when ordering i had the same lace as the peplum ordered and satin backed straps made to match the dress. These are currently sewn into the dress but could easily be removed if you don't wish to have straps. The dress does up at the back with an inner elastic strap and then outer with a zip and then crystal buttons covering the zip. The fabric is Lace and Tulle over Dolce Satin. The sweetheart neckline and fitted bodice feature ivory beading in a symmetrical pattern. There is even a beautiful heart design in the centre of the bodice. The skirt has had one layer of tulle removed as the skirt was too full with it, but i have the tulle layer and could be added back in if you wish.
This dress has a beautiful train which bustles up beautifully without ruining the lines of the skirt. With the addition of the peplum over the top, the bustle is basically hidden and it simply looks like a fuller skirt.
