Lace overlay featuring a boat neck, dipped back and cap sleeves with fitted skirt. Complete with centre back button detailing, with KWH corset strapless under gown with bias cut skirt.

The gown is an off-the-rack size 10, with minor adjustments to bring the waist / hips in. No fabric was cut during the waist alterations so can very easily be taken out again to the standard rack size.

I'm a standard size 10 in clothing, and a 12D bust. The dress can very easily be fitted with “bust enhancers” for extra padding / lift if needed.

The hem of the dress was also taken up, I'm 168cm high and I wore 6.5cm heels. I had a button-up at the back for hitching up the train for reception / dancing.

Professionally dry cleaned to spotless as new condition, by KWH preferred dry cleaner

Gown comes in original KWN dress bag with solid timber hangers.

Purchased 21st March 2015, worn once in April 2015. It was a brand new design when I purchased it, so it is a very unique and new design, yet timelessly designed. I can provide copy of receipts, including dry cleaning and all original tags if required. (tags were removed to ensure they weren't visible or created any lumps)

I felt extremely comfortable yet beautiful in this dress. I'm always hesitant of ‘strapless style’ clothing, yet this design allowed the beauty of strapless, but the overlay with boat neck and cap sleeves ensured I felt comfortable and never felt as though I needed to be hitching myself up, or like I was too exposed.

The under gown has an internal hidden corset, very heavily boned which provides comfort and structure which is very flattering. Lace-up fastening on bodice of gown allows flexibility to fit a range of sizes around a standard size 10+/-. The bias cut of the corset slip underlay provides a beautifully slimming silhouette.

The dress could be matched with a more detailed belt to add a touch of glamour, have a look at the images on the webpage for examples. Gown comes with standard 1” velour ribbon belt as seen in photos.

I live in Darwin, but got married in Melbourne, so the dress is being stored at my parent’s house 45mins south of Melbourne CBD. Doing up the corset under gown can be a bit tricky, so I would suggest trying on at a KWH outlet first if possible to check for size & style. I can then arrange for viewings / trying on of the gown prior to purchase of course.
