This dress was custom made by Serenity Bridal in QLD but it did not suit my body (the girl in the pics is my friend's daughter and it fitted her much better :S)

The quality of the dress is really amazing, I am super fussy with fabrics and guarantee it's not shiny or cheap looking - can honestly say the fabric is divine, it's purely the cut on me that didn't work.

I ordered it to be too big for me so I could take it in but that didn't end up happening (found a ready made dress which I loved more) so I would say this would fit a 12-14 but could easily be taken in. I even have an amazing seamstress friend who would do it...for a price of course). I am 5'10'' and it's long on me.
