This dress is so complementing on the body. It was purchased a bigger than my normal size to accommodate a larger chest. It was taken in at the waist for a perfect fit . Therefore, there is extra fabric that could be taken out. A modesty piece was added. It has a small train, so a bustle was also added. This dress is a silky slip and then the lace overlay. The slip part zips up and the overlay has silk covered buttons. The belt did not come with the dress. I felt like it defined the waist and I would send that along in case you would want to wear it with the dress as well. The dress was purchased brand new and has only been worn once. It has not been dry cleaned.
