At the natural wast is soft crystal beading. This dress was purchased in 2012 from Betsy Robinson Salon located in Maryland for a 2013 wedding that did not end up happening. The dress has NOT been altered and is a size FOUR. Will pay for shipping costs. At the time I paid $6,600.00 for this dress, however the price of this dress at salons have been ranging between $7,000-$8,000??!.
