This wedding dress is from Kelsey Roses's 2019 collection. She has a beautiful lace halter neck bodice with plunging v neck and lace edging. There is an empire lace waistband that falls into a tulle skirt.

This has been a bridal boutique sample and only tried on a couple of times. It is in very good condition.
