I bought this skirt originally for my ceremony to wear over my reception dress, but my grandmother gave me her dress so I will be using that. This overskirt has only been tried on about 5 times and is brand new. It has a top layer of ruffle/horsehair tulle and under that is sparkly tulle. More tulle is underneath those. It has a beautifully light train, and you will feel like a princess in this skirt. This overskirt is perfect for a ceremony look!
I want to make sure this overskirt gets another life with a bride since I cannot wear it.
