About the Dress

A Hera Bridal dress.

This dress was very comfortable and easy to wear on the day. The straps make you feel secure and the boning and inbuilt bra ensured a supported fit. The upper part of the dress is made with fine lace, while the lower part of the dress is made with Georgette chiffon.
The capped sleeves have been removed, however if desired the Hera Bridal team would be more than happy to reattach for a small cost.

The dress zips on, but has a row of white buttons to add to that bridal look. It has a little bit of a train, but nothing that causes much hassle on the day and there is a little hook to pull this up if needed.

The main inspiration for this dress is that I wanted something pretty and elegant, but that wasn't too extravagant. The shape of it means it is very slimming, while still having the fun of having all those layers in the skirt!

I had a wonderful day wearing this dress, I never had to worry about getting it creased or it loosing it's shape, I danced all night and felt incredibly like a princess with all the layers of chiffon around me, but without dealing with the bulk of a more poofy dress.

Someone told me that when you look for your wedding dress, you have to choose how you want to feel on the day. I wanted to feel fun, beautiful and very much like a bride - and this dress achieved all of that for me! I hope you love it as much I did!
