The Dress

This wedding dress is a Karen Willis Holmes dress from the Bespoke Collection. It is a vintage corset bustier style feature gown with lace work detail and a full tulle skirt.

The dress has silk covered buttons fastened to the bodice (which can be moved in or out if you need the dress taken in or let out). The dress has a beautiful lace detail on the corset bustier and the bodice has a boned internal corset with padded cups for extra support and fullness (and thus no bra necessary). There is a lace applique that adds a beautiful around the top edge of the bust cups.

The skirt is one tier, 6 layers of tulle, which flows down into a soft train. The skirt is fully lined and falls to the floor beautifully.

A matching ivory ribbed ribbon belt comes with the dress, however, I paid $160 to have a 3mm wide ivory Swarovski pearl belt made to sit perfectly along the seam line between the bodice and the skirt.

This style dress is very flattering and accentuates the waist. This is a size 8 dress however I am usually a size 10 in tops (as mentioned before, the buttons allow for this dress to be fitted perfectly to the next owner by moving them in or out).
