The Dress

I bought this gown after falling in love with the Monique Lhullier advertisement in a bridal magazine -- this gown was featured! I finally found it at Kleinfeld's Bridal Boutique in New York City and it was the one. The tag in the dress is for both Monique Lhullier as well as Kleinfelds. It has a subtle sweetheart neckline, and is fitted through the bodice. The skirt is beautiful and has a slight train, but is very light and easy to wear. I absolutely love the texture of the fabric -- it's more than just a white dress and is stunning in person -- I hope someone else can enjoy it as much as I did!

Alterations: Dress was taken in and hemed slightly; Cups were also added, the back hook and eye closure was reinforced and an elastic piece with hook and eye closure was added as well (this prevents the dress from falling down at all in the front since it's strapless). Bustle was added with color-coded string to tie it up.

I'm happy to include the veil for free -- it was custom made and is a 2 layer finger-tip length veil, edged in satin -- works with the dress perfectly!

Dress was cleaned and preserved by bridal specialists - marked in excellent condition by the preservation specialist and is still in the sealed box.
