Brand new. No alterations done so would be easily adjusted down to most sizes. With tags and in dress bag.
Comes with some extra material as I was going to add some fabric to the back of the dress.
Super sparkly dress! Needs to be seen Really as photos don’t do it justice at all.
Colour is ivory over a rum under skirt. It’s a nude colour that makes the appliqués stand out much more although label says size 22 it’s definitely more an 16-18
