Style now discontinued so very hard to find!

I fell in love with this dress after seeing it online and after searching high and low I lucked out and found a sample dress in a bridal store! I had an appointment to have it altered next year but then during wedding planning we decided to just elope so I won't get to wear it.
It is ex-sample so it does have a few wee bits and pieces that need a facelift but nothing that would ever have put me off buying it. I paid £650 for the sample (original price is/was £1,300). The button loops need replaced/tightened (see pictures 3 and 4) to make them more streamlined but seamstress said this is a straightforward fix. There is one button on the top part of the back as well that needs a new elastic loop added as this has fallen off - I have it secured with a safety pin for the picture so you can see the way the keyhole back looks.

The label says US 14 but I wear a 10-12 and it fits me well on the waist and just needs taken in a bit around the bust. The skirt is a light layered chiffon/silk material and has never been altered so it's still really long.
