(Slight thread pull on hem, underneath skirt, not at all noticeable and I am 5’11 so most brides will probably hem the skirt—I did not at all because of how tall I am. Used it right off the rack. Anyone under 5’11 will hem and thread pull would be cut out during hemming process.)
