The Dress

Simple, elegant and timeless!

A La Robe slip wedding dress. Size S.
100% silk, including silk liner. Cut on the bias so falls and fits beautifully.

This dress was so easy and comfortable to wear on the day. The addition of the button to hold up the train was ideal for after the ceremony so I didn't have to worry about holding or standing on the dress.

Being that this is a slip style dress you do need to ensure you have appropriate undergarments as it is very figure hugging. With that being said it is cut on the bias, so it folds and sits beautifully to all shapes and sizes.

When searching for dresses I found the neckline difficult on most I tried (being a breastfeeding mama), so this dress was prefect compromise - not too revealing and very elegant.

Also looking to sell the made with love rosie veil if interested.

Alterations

- Button added to the side seem to secure the wedding train for before and after ceremony, this was a blessing on the day as I didn't even have to think about the dress or hold it up etc.
- Length removed from train so still trails along the ground but not heavy or bulky.
- Back lowered slightly and new straps made to suit.
