Both the gown and the petticoat were professionally cleaned and preserved after the wedding.
The dress is a size 20 or 22 but at the time I typically wore a size 14-16 because wedding gowns tend to run 2-3 sizes larger than you typically wear. The pictures posted are of me in the dress. I did open the box that the dress was put in after cleaning. The only alteration was to shorten it a bit. I'm about 5 foot 6 and it was too long.
It is a beautiful dress but I just don't have use for it anymore. My selling price includes the dress as well as the petticoat.
The upper part of the dress has many crystals on it. The nice thing about this dress is the corset back. If you are a bit smaller the corset can be made tighter. If you happen to be larger the corset can be made to fit.
I felt beautiful & did not want the day to end!
