Willing to negotiate price! This dress has a white lace top with a sheer white tulle skirt. Underneath the sheer layer of tulle is an ivory fitted silk skirt. It comes with spaghetti straps that have not been put on yet, and this dress has not been altered yet. It is very comfortable and easy to move in. I bought it and then decided to have a smaller wedding so I just wanted a different dress. It is brand new and has not been touched since the day I bought it. Such a gorgeous dress, the pictures do not do it justice! I have more photos and videos if needed.
