This is a brand new dress with tags that I was not able to wear due to becoming pregnant several months after purchasing. I ended up buying this dress again in a bigger size because I was so in love with it and knew this style dress was the one for me! The fabric is Ivory lace, Ivory and Moscato Tulle over Moscato Gown, and the tulle illusion colors are porcelain (PL). No alterations have been done; it is in brand new condition.
