The Harlow gown is a made to measure gown from the Karen Willis Holmes bespoke collection, some alterations were made to create the perfect individual vintage style gown.

The dress has a V-neck corset bodice wedding gown, with lace capped sleeves and fitted skirt in all over corded lace. Finished with covered button fastening and a Karen Willis Holmes embellished belt which was sewn to the dress to meet the buttons at the back.

This dress has a firm fit and the internal hidden corset cinches the waist to create an hourglass shape, the dress was very comfortable to wear and feels supportive. The dress is more loose throughout the legs and hips and was easy to walk and dance in. Although very detailed with lace, it is also light and comfortable to wear. No bra is required as I had extra push up cups sewn into the dress.

The Harlow gown retails for $3,989, however I paid $4,900 with all alterations including changing from lace up to covered buttons, padded cups and bust alteration, attachment of embellished belt and hemming.

The dress was worn in March 2014 and has been professionally dry cleaned.

Will this dress fit me?
I would describe my size as a large size 8, or on the small side of a size 10. I am 162cm tall and wore 4.5inch heels with the dress. To ensure that the dress will fit please make sure that you are smaller than my measurements, as the dress would be able to be altered for someone smaller or shorter. I have provided my measurements for reference, however please note the dress is looser through the hips so this measurement is less important. Bust: 36inch Waist: 29inch Hips: 37inch
