When a buyer contacted me about my dress, I tried to send a video so she could see the dress in real time, but I could not. I ended up going off of your platform into IG to share the video. Also, I would like a face to face interaction to be available from your platform as well, so I don’t have to share any private information but I can still see a dress “live” and ask questions directly.”
