I am so in love with this dress and sad to part with it but am putting the money toward our first house together. The back is very elegant and unique because it is sheer which makes the buttons look like they are floating up your back. The sleeves are belled right now (which I love) but you can have them hemmed to be tight against your wrist. It made me feel very sexy with a deep V and has padding which can be removed. Bottom part of dress has been taken in a little bit to fit tight on hips but NOT hemmed
The top lace part has not been touched in terms of alterations but there have been push up pads added (these are very easily removed)
For reference, I am 5'7", wear a size 6 jeans at American Eagle and wear a 34D at Victoria's Secret
