BRAND NEW Wtoo by Watters Halliday dress. I love this dress and it's so beautiful and unique..I just ended up going with a different style for my wedding after we had to postpone it due to COVID-19 crisis. It is classic A-line and makes you look SO SKINNY. It has beautiful lace detailing on the tulle skirt and top, and it has a fun subtle blush underlay! Since it is altered I am dropping the price wayyy down but I am willing to negotiate if you really want it! :)
Alterations
This dress was ordered custom made and is brand new/never worn except for alterations. I had it hemmed and I also had matching fabric added to the top so it wouldn't sit so low and so it would cover up some armpit flab (lol). Additionally, we added a bustle to the back for dancing (as you can see in photos)
