The Dress

This is a stunning wedding gown that is figure-flattering, delicate, romantic, and everything that you've been looking for. I don't have enough amazing things to say about this dress. It is a Vera Wang gown, and it fits like one. It's light-weight despite the full, gorgeous skirt. The dropped skirt gives an elongated silhouette. It's comfortable, allows you to move, dance and breathe (!) while still showing off your gorgeous frame.

The ivory sash was purchased at the same time as the dress at Vera Wang. It is a simple, gorgeous accessory that would love to travel with the dress to its next owner! It was altered along with the dress. Had the back made into a bow with a clasp (see photos). Original price of sash $595. Will sell for $150.

The Vera Wang Lisbeth white chapel veil with lace floral border is a beautiful accessory. Original price of veil $1300. Will sell for $400.

Alterations

The dress was altered prior to the event by professionals. No bust cups. Hemline to the ground. I'm 5'4" and had it hemmed for 2.5 inch heels. My wedding was in an outdoor setting, thus the hemline of the gown had some natural wear after the event. The dress was sent to J. Scheer Alterations in New york City (who Vera Wang Rodeo Drive recommended for cleaning, alterations and preservation) and was professionally cleaned, pressed, and any minor tears were repaired.
