Bertossi Brides

I am hoping I can find someone who loves my dress as much as I did.
I wore this for my wedding day on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland in August 2013 and it was perfect for the day - absolute comfort all day. No fussing or adjusting constantly, just perfect.
This dress was made by me by the lovely ladies at Bertossi Brides, based on their 'Sandi' dress but I made a lot of changes to both the material and style to make sure it was unique.
Materials: The top is a beautiful Italian lace, and the top layers of the skirt are silk tulle. Dupion silk and tulle in the MULTIPLE layers underneath give it body.
About me: I am a size 8 - 10 and wear a 10DD bra. I'm 163cm tall.
The dress: Is a 1950s style dress, but obviously only created last year. The base of the dress is a sweet-heart neckline, but it is covered with the beautiful Italian lace and comes to what I call a 'boat neck' neckline.
The design features a full-circle skirt, but is tea-length. The great thing is that even if you're shorter or taller than me it'll still be a perfect fit! It has a beautiful button-down back and comes with a silk sash around the middle. Obviously the fact that it has such a full skirt from the waist means you don't have to worry about not being able to eat at your own wedding, which appealed to me very much! The sleeves make it true to that genuine 1950s style.
I assure you, you'll feel like one classy, beautiful dame in this one!
