The dress was bought from Gwendolynne boutique in Fitzroy. It is the Belinda dress featured on her website. It is the Antique Latte coloured Belinda dress.

It was altered by a dress maker Nguyen who does alterations outside of the Gwendolynne studio.

The dress was a mix of Vintage Art Deco feel and modern style. It has beautifully lace cape shoulders encrusted with beads, dangling pearls and crystals, halter back, clips at the back of the neck with two strands ending with beads.

The back clips up easily with an art deco like diamonte clip . My mum was able to button me up on the day without a hitch. The beads on the shoulders are an antique tone which I loved.

The dress is 100% premium silk. It has a short train and can be clipped easily for dancing. There are also built in invisible padding for the breast. The breast cup fit can fit B or C.

My big day was in March this year 2014. I felt glamorous but completely comfortable. I loved that it was unique, and not your typical white coloured dress but rather vintage and art deco - with a touch of sexy showcasing the back.

The dress was professionally dry cleaned by a dry cleaner recommended by the Gwendolynne studio. Boxed in acid free paper to stop discolouring over time.
