The Dress

So sad to sell this magical dress - It was everything I could have dreamed of, and I hope it brings someone else as much joy as it did me! It is a one-of-a kind dress as it was designed by myself along with the beautiful girls at Melanie Jayne Bridal in Coffs Harbour.

It is the perfect fusion of elegance and classic bridal, with a little bit of whimsical, fairytale magic.
The dress is a soft white satin with a few layers of buttery soft tulle overlay to make you feel like you're floating down the aisle.

The bodice is hand sewn lace onto a sheer tulle underlay, placed in all the right places with as much V neckline depth as possible to make it flattering but still modest, and garnished with freshwater pearls and crystals as details and edging on the neckline, under arms, and back. I didn't wear a bra, but had a very thin padding sewn in, which is hidden behind the lace (hello comfort!!). To further accentuate the waist and for an even closer fit there is an invisible zipper closure and a lace ribbon to keep it "fitting perfectly" throughout the day!

It has been professionally dry cleaned immediately after the wedding and has been kept hanging since the wedding inside a garment bag.

As it was custom made, it fit me perfectly - however it could easily fit a shorter or taller person of a similar size and shape, and there was room to move without feeling restricted, I am sure it could be easily altered if required to suit you! I am 165cm tall and it was the perfect length for me with a ~10cm heel without tripping over the front. I am usually a size 6-8 in dress and an A/B cup (usually an 8/10B).
