The Dress
This is a Princess dress made of Taffeta silk and "Calais lace", bought in Paris in 2013.
The details of lace mixed with the Taffeta material is truly beautiful and made why I chose this dress.
It is composed of 2 pieces so you can actually wear it short later during the evening for your dance night (last picture, sorry for the quality of the picture).
It has not been altered, so the dimensions are truly a French 40, and it is very forgiving if you have a larger bottom like me.
I paid 125$ to have it dry cleaned and it now looks like it is brand new.
Included is an additional petticoat that I wore for more volume.
