I bought this dress online from America (Nordstrom) and wore it as my departure dress when we left the reception.

Not only did I love slipping into something a bit more comfortable (this dress is super comfy), but it was also super fun to have a change of dress while also being a bit of a nod to this tradition that you don't see a lot anymore but I think is really quite cute.

The dress is really flattering and Kim Kardashian-esque so you will feel sexy but it's still totally elegant and tasteful so you'll look like a lady.

This dress would also be perfect as a reception dress or an engagement dress (wearing white/ivory to your engagement is really on trend right now) and guaranteed to appeal to your fiancé/husband because it hugs curves in all the right places. Or you could even wear it out with your girlfriends for your hens' night or to a formal kitchen tea event - this dress is seriously versatile!

The dress says it retails for $200AUD online however I paid about $300AUD by the time I paid for shipping and taxes (these don't show up until you go through to the checkout) so I'm offering the dress half price and I only wore it for an hour!

The dress is in perfect condition but I still had it dry cleaned to ensure the new owner get a beautiful fresh new dress because you need to feel special on your big day.

Unfortunately I didn't get any pics of myself in the dress because I wore it so briefly but I'm happy to take more pics and send them on your request if you would like them.

I am a small 8 and the dress was actually a little bit big for me so I think it's very true to size but a small 8 - small 10 could probably wear it as there is give (elastic) in the fabric.
