Brand new with tags. Only tried on twice. Never worn. Has been in garment bag since purchase. Looks extremely flattering on a curvy figure. Comfortable, fun to wear, floral, and would be great for playful photos. I imagine a crinoline would give it even more flare.

I believe this is a standard size 12. I bought when I was a size 10(36C) and it was just a bit roomy on top. It would have been perfect with one minor alteration. Now I am a size 14(36DD) and can zip it, but it is tight.
