About the Dress

This stunning lace and tulle gown from Allure Romance is soft and elegant with a glamorous back. The dramatic illusion back is definitely the star of the gown and features delicate symmetrical lace detailing.

The gown features a deep V-neckline with lace embroidery on straps and bodice, full A-line skirt, delicate sheer back with lace embroidery and covered buttons. The gown is finished off with a chapel-length train. It's just exquisite and I absolutely loved wearing it on my special day.

The bodice is quite fitted and the natural waist adds definition. The A-line skirt is full but extremely soft and creates beautiful shape as you move. It is also very forgiving and I didn't feel uncomfortable sitting, dancing or laughing my head off all night.

The dress is a US size 8, AUS size 12, however, I have had a couple of size 12 ladies try this on and the bodice has been too small. I would say it is more of an AUS size 10 or a size 12 with a small waist. I typically wear an AUS size 10 on top.

This dress is in excellent used condition with no stains to the bodice or skirt, but does come to you having been thoroughly enjoyed and loved by me first so keep in mind it is not new! The gown has some marks inside the bottom layers (i.e. not visible when wearing, only when you lift the tulle layers up and look at the underneath lining). It also has some minor marks Inside the bodice.

This gown has not been dry cleaned but the skirt has been washed. I have taken this into account with my asking price. I am offering a stunning designer second hand dress at less than a quarter of the price I paid for it. The gown has been stored in a smoke free home in the original gown bag since our wedding but it is high time that it goes to another bride to be enjoyed.
